The more you can tell us about where the property is and what happened, the better the match. Nothing here is shared with anyone except a cleanup company that serves your address.
What happens to what you send
- 1 We read it If your situation is not something we can help with, we say so rather than passing you around.
- 2 We pass it to a company that covers your address One that has been through our checks. That company pays us for the introduction, which is why this costs you nothing. We are signing the first companies now, so if nothing has passed our checks for your address yet, we will tell you that instead of passing you on.
- 3 They contact you directly Their price, their schedule, their terms. Ask for a written scope and price after they have seen the property, before any billable work.
- 4 You can stop it at any point Tell us or tell them. We will delete what we hold on request, and tell you which company already has it.
What we cannot do
- We cannot attend your property. We are a referral service, not a cleanup company.
- We cannot give legal, medical or insurance advice, or tell you what your policy covers.
- We cannot help with an emergency in progress. Call 911.
- We cannot promise a company will be there within a given time. That depends on its crew and its workload that day.
