Privacy Policy

Biohazard Cleanup Texas is a referral service. The short version: if you send us your details, we pass them to a cleanup company so that it can contact you, and that company pays us for the introduction. Everything below explains that in full.

Who we are

This site is operated by the publisher of Biohazard Cleanup Texas. You can reach us at hello@biohazardcleanup.co.

What we collect

• What you give us. Your name, phone number, email if you provide one, the city or neighborhood, the type of situation, and anything you write in the message box.
• Which number you saw. Each city site can show a different tracking number. We record which one was displayed, so an inquiry can be credited to the right company.
• How the page was used. Clicks on call buttons and forms, the page address, and a random session identifier that is not linked to your name. We use it to see which pages produce calls.
• Calls. If you telephone a tracking number on this site, the call may be routed through a call-tracking provider, which records the calling number and the call length. Whether the call itself is recorded depends on that provider and on the company that answers; if a call is being recorded you should be told at the start of it.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment details, bank details or government identification numbers.

Who receives it, and why

We pass your inquiry to one cleanup company that serves your address — not to several, and never to an auction — so that it can contact you about it. Those companies pay us for the introduction. That is how this site is funded, and it is why it costs you nothing. We are not paid by you, and the price a company charges you is set by that company.

We also use service providers who process data on our behalf — a form handler, a database host, a call-tracking provider — and they may only use it to provide that service to us.

We do not sell your information to data brokers, list sellers or advertisers, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the purpose you submitted it for. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Consent to be contacted

When you submit the form you agree that we, and the cleanup company we connect you with, may contact you by telephone, text message or email about your request, including at the number you gave us. You can withdraw that at any time — reply STOP to a text, tell the caller, or email us — and we will stop and tell the company to stop.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for two years so that we can resolve disputes about whether a company responded, then deleted. Anonymous click data is kept for two years. Call records are kept for as long as the call-tracking provider retains them under our account.

Your rights

Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and residents of other states may have similar rights. You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop passing it on. Email hello@biohazardcleanup.co and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Deleting your inquiry with us does not delete it from a company we already passed it to — you will need to ask that company directly, and we will tell you which one it was.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run third-party advertising trackers. The site stores a random session identifier in your browser so that repeated clicks in one visit are not counted twice, and it remembers which tracking number you were shown. Clearing your browser storage removes both.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date below. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will say so on this page rather than change it quietly.
