What this is

Biohazard Cleanup Texas runs a site for each city we cover — 7 of them so far — built around what a family actually needs in the first hours: which county office releases the scene, who is responsible for the cleanup, what it costs, and who can do it. People who reach those pages are not comparison shopping. They have a property they cannot use and no idea who to ring.

When one of them calls or leaves a number, we pass it to a company that serves that address. You pay for the inquiry. The family pays nothing, and that is stated on every page of the site, because it is the only honest way to run a referral service in this trade.

What we check before you are listed

Six things, published in public so that families can see the standard and hold us to it: a named registered business, current insurance including pollution or environmental liability, an attestation that technicians are trained under the federal bloodborne pathogens standard, a lawful route for the waste, a commitment to a written estimate before billable work, and two reachable references.

None of that is unusual for a company already doing this properly. If it sounds like a lot, we are probably not a fit — and we would rather find that out now than after a family has been let down.

How inquiries are routed

• By city. Each city site can carry its own local tracking number, so calls from that city ring wherever you tell us.
• Shared or exclusive. A city can be shared between two companies, splitting the calls evenly, or held exclusively by one. Exclusive costs more and we cap how many cities any one company holds.
• Missed calls are caught. If someone taps your number and does not get through, the page asks for a callback number instead of losing them. You get that too.
• Attribution is on the record. Every inquiry carries the city site and the number that was displayed, so there is no argument about where it came from.

What we will not do

• We will not claim things about you. No page says "certified", "licensed" or "vetted crews" — Texas licenses nobody for this work and we are not going to pretend otherwise on your behalf.
• We will not sell the same inquiry to five companies. A family in this situation is not a lead to be auctioned.
• We will not promise you volume we have not produced. This network is new. We would rather show you the numbers as they come than quote a figure to sign you.
• We will not let payment change a page. Paying affects whether you receive inquiries, never what the site says or the order listings appear in.

Where this stands today

Being straight about it: the network is being built now, the first city sites are live and no company has completed the checks yet. If you come in early you help shape how routing and reporting work, and the provider sections on your cities stop being empty. If you would rather wait until there is a volume history to look at, say so and we will come back to you with one.
