By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
What this service is
Biohazard Cleanup Texas is an independent directory and referral service . We publish information about biohazard, crime scene, unattended death, trauma and hoarding cleanup in Texas, and we introduce people who contact us to cleanup companies that serve their address.
What this service is not
- We are not a cleanup company. We own no equipment and employ no technicians. We cannot attend your property.
- We are not an emergency service. If there is an emergency in progress, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
- We do not give professional advice. Nothing on this site is legal, medical, insurance or financial advice. The rules we describe are summarized from public sources and linked to them; your situation may differ.
- We do not guarantee availability or response times for any company, any address or any hour.
The companies we refer you to
Cleanup companies are independent third parties. They set their own prices, schedules and terms, they are responsible for their own work, insurance and compliance, and any contract you make is between you and them — we are not a party to it. Our checks before listing a company are published in full, and they are checks, not a guarantee of the work. We do not endorse any company as better than another, and being listed is not a recommendation over a company that is not listed.
Get a written scope and price after an on-site assessment, before work starts. If a company does something you think we should know about, tell us: we remove listings.
How we are paid
Cleanup companies pay us for the inquiries we send them. You pay us nothing. Payment affects whether a company receives inquiries; it does not change what any page on this site says, and it does not buy a better position. Our editorial policy sets that out.
Costs shown on this site
Price ranges and the cost estimator are broad indications drawn from published industry ranges. They are not quotes, they are not tailored to your property, and they should not be relied on as a price. Only a written estimate from a company that has seen the property is a price.
Accuracy
We source the facts on this site to the offices and regulators that publish them, and we say so on the page. Offices move, numbers change and rules are amended. Check anything time-critical against the linked source, and tell us if something here is wrong — we correct it.
Your use of the site
Do not submit another person's details without their knowledge, submit false information, or use the site to send bulk or automated inquiries. We may decline to pass on an inquiry.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, work, pricing or conduct of any cleanup company, or for loss arising from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
